How do I return an item?
We have an extremely loyal return policy.
If you are unhappy with the product, for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund.
As shipping costs are not retrievable, I am unable to refund shipping costs.
All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories.
We can contact you only through the e-mail address you've provided with your order. Please make sure that it is working, as we won't be able to contact you othervise.
We try to respond to any e-mail within 48 hours. If you didn't receive a reply to your email within 5 days, it's safe to say that something went wrong. Either we have not got it in the first place, or our response was filtered out by your spam filters. If this happens, please check your spam/bulk/junk mail folders or email us from a different email account.
